Consistency is key and discipline. Getting up early and eating breakfast has helped me be disciplined and build habits of meditation and spending time with God also. Workouts-making sure to include cardio in my workout regimen at least 3 times a week along with full body movements. The accountability zoom meeting were much need to keep us on our toes and learn from others with tips and education. I am so proud of myself for sticking it out and achieving the results. I did comparisons of before and after and OMG I see amazing results all throughout my body. All smiles over here. will definitely recommend your program to others and encourage to follow on IG. I love your energy and passion for fitness. I'm not done yet. Celebrating my wins and still going to be working towards a healthy lifestyle to be here for my boys.

I'm 49 years old. This was my first time following a meal plan and meal prepping. I loved it! Clean eating has me feeling great. The food and snacks were tastv. I don't crave sweets as I did prior. I feel comfortable saying this is the start of a lifestyle change as far as how I eat and shop for groceries. Keeping foods from your approved list in the kitchen forces me to eat better.
I Followed the workout as best I could. The compound movements were challenging, but it was rewarding to see and feel myself get better and improve the number of reps I could do without stopping. For cardio, I did cycle/spin at least twice a week. My starting weight was around 152. I finished at 142. I see that I'm leaner. I lost some stubborn back fat.. My waist beads are hanging lower and my clothes fit so much better. 50 will be the new 30. I feel stronger physically and mentally.

Thank you so much for this challenge I took a lot in and I learned a lot about myself what works for me and what doesn't. I've been going through a lot physically because I have a herniated this on my C6 C7 so some workouts were painful for me not yours but I also go to the gym and I have to be very careful on Sunday I had got my first epidural injection painful but I hope that this will lead to better things for me. Your challenge has helped me a lot because it's easy on my body so I'm thanful for that. I love your challenge and thanks again for letting me be in your second challenge I look forward to the next one and the next one thank you for being a great coach and a great trainer even though I've never trained with you but I feel as though I'm right there with you thank you for your positive you and your Godly ways because I am also a Godly woman and I love your positive energy which also helped all of us to get into the workout and know that we can push ourselves.
